Terms of Service
● Upfront payment. VGen, Paypal and Ko-Fi only;● The Client MAY NOT use the artwork to sell, promote or otherwise profit from Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs);● The Client MAY NOT feed the resulting image to AI databases, or use it in AI projects;● The Artist retains ownership to the artwork, and has the right to post it publicly for self-promotion;*
*The Client may request their artwork to remain private (NDA). In such cases, the Client will have to pay a 50% fee on top of the final price (Ex.: the commission final price was 100 USD. The Client will then pay + 50 USD to keep it private);
● The Client cannot claim ownership, edit or profit from the artwork;*
*VTubers/streamers are allowed to use/edit the artwork for self-promotion. They do not, however, own the artwork. Use for merchandise is prohibited.
● All commissions are digital and will not be physically shipped to the commissioner.ON REFUNDS:● I reserve the right to cancel any commission, at any time, for any reason. In such cases, the Client will get a full refund;● I will not refund completed pieces;● Other refunds will be discussed on case-by-case basis;
